Business Integrator

At BK SEAMS, our goal is to help our clients achieve their digital transition in the best and smoothest way. We aim to provide them with the best advice and services on missions related to any kind of IT improvements. To reach this goal, we are looking for a Business Integrator to join our team. 

The ideal candidate will be able to identify our clients' desires and perform both Business and IT activities in order to help him carry out his project. We're specifically looking for profiles that can be listed as effective "Business - IT bridge" as this role consists of activities related to the definition of business needs as well as to the management of IT needs.

Responsibilities

·        Conduct thorough and exhaustive analysis to clearly map the client's AS IS situation

·        Collaborate with stakeholders from any required department inside and outside the organization to ensure a clear view of the bigger picture

·        Determine a plan to digitize processes currently manually handled

·        Communicate clearly with client to understand needs, explain situation and collaborate on the action plan for the digitization activities

·        Be a perfect bridge between Business & IT
·        Supervise the IT team members throughout the digitization of the process
·        Anticipate any pain points that may arise

·        Master's degree

·        3+ years of experience in digital project or other relevant area

·        Strong analytical, communication and leadership skills

·        Experience in working within a challenging environment

·        Versatile background in both Business and IT topics

·        Business analysis (data analysis is also a plus)
·        Able to supervise an IT team

·        Fluent in EN + FR and/or NL
