Business Development Manager
BK SEAMS is looking for its new motivated Business Manager, what's in a name?
First, some information about the job: you will take care of all daily business of the company. Any activity that could help us grow will be assigned to you. You can be sure that two days are never the same at BK SEAMS!
You will generate ideas, initiatives and activities that help make the business better and bigger. This includes increasing revenues, growth in terms of business expansion, increasing profitability by building strategic partnerships, and making strategic business decisions. Your main tasks will be hunting new customers and talents to grow our company. In addition, you will help maintain and enhance our existing client base and help us grow at our existing customers.
Your workbase will be from home but you will also be on the road meeting lots of new people and maintaining existing relationships. You will create a network remotely and physically by having physical/digital meetings, coffees, talks, lunches, clients visits,...

Do you have?
- 2 to 5 years of Business Developer experience
- Master degree
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Commercial awareness
- Ability to work independently and identify key activities to undertake
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Organisational skills
- Self-motivation and motivated by clear targets
- Resilience
